 
        
        A boutique employment law firm ranked in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners, is seeking an interim Employment Lawyer to support its growing caseload on an ad hoc hourly basis. This is a fully remote opportunity (within the UK), with flexibility to work around your schedule. There is also scope for a permanent hire for the right candidate.

The firm advises a diverse client base—from high-net-worth individuals to national and international organisations—on the full spectrum of employment law matters. Recent work includes:
 * Weekly flow of 10+ settlement agreements
 * Employee due diligence for large corporate transactions
 * Complex disputes involving discrimination, restrictive covenants, and high court enforcement
What You’ll Do
You’ll work closely with senior lawyers on a variety of employment law matters, including:
 * Drafting and reviewing employment contracts and service agreements
 * Advising on grievance and disciplinary procedures
 * Negotiating senior employee exits and settlement agreements
 * Handling employment tribunal claims and high court enforcement
 * Providing strategic advice on TUPE, redundancy, and HR compliance
Ideal Candidate Profile
 * UK-qualified solicitor with a minimum of 5+ years PQE in employment law
 * Strong experience in both contentious and non-contentious matters
 * Comfortable working independently and remotely
 * Able to provide pragmatic, commercially sound advice
Compensation
 * Hourly rate up between £80 - £110 (depending on experience)
 * Flexible engagement: ad hoc, day rate, or project-based
 * Outside of IR35.
