This varied role primarily involves delivering customer-centric sales advice and support while working towards sales targets in line with company forecasts. You will handle the sales process, liaise with purchasers, prospective purchasers, and estate agents.
Our homes are designed to meet the needs of diverse homebuyers, including first-time buyers, second-steppers, downsizers, and investors. Every touchpoint in the home buying journey is crucial, and you will be committed to delivering a 5-star customer experience every time.

As a Sales Executive, your responsibilities include:
Selling
* Meeting with clients, assessing their needs, and qualifying them
* Liaising with all interested parties (clients, solicitors, estate agents, etc.)
Administration
* Conducting market research and competitor analysis
* Maintaining the customer enquiry database
* Completing and distributing all necessary documentation

* Experience in new homes sales or property sales
* Passionate about delivering exceptional customer service
* Personable, well-presented, and composed
* Excellent communication and presentation skills
* Team player, encouraging success within the team
* Self-motivated, determined, and efficient
* Able to represent the Gleeson brand to the highest standards
