Overview
We are seeking a Sales Executive to join our telecoms firm based in Shrewsbury. This role offers Part-time and Full-time options. Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 (Pro Rata) + Superb Commission. Location: Shrewsbury.
Key Responsibilities
* Proactively generate leads and convert them into sales opportunities.
* Sell phone systems and related telecom solutions over the phone.
* Build and nurture your own customer portfolio.
* Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the CRM system.
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales, telesales, or a similar role (telecoms experience is a plus but not essential).
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to build a successful sales career.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
