Salary: £35,000 - 40,000 per year Requirements:
* Strong experience in Office 365 Access & Identity Management (Entra ID, SharePoint Groups, etc.)
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Skilled in calendar and meeting management
* Experience in SharePoint Online administration and management
* Development experience in PowerApps
* Proficient in Power Automate flow design and implementation
* Strong PowerShell scripting skills
* Knowledge of object-oriented programming principles (desirable)
* Familiarity with Power BI or custom SharePoint web part development (desirable)
* Understanding of React-based web functions (desirable)
* Knowledge of Microsoft Purview and data retention (desirable)
* Familiarity with Microsoft licensing models (desirable)
* Understanding of secure software development practices (desirable)
* Hold Microsoft or AWS certifications (desirable)
Responsibilities:
* Design, document, implement, and support solutions built on Microsoft SharePoint Online and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem
* Utilize technologies like Microsoft Graph, PnP PowerShell, SharePoint Designer, and the Power Platform
* Provide 2nd, 3rd, and 4th line customer support across M365 services
* Update service desk tickets as needed
* Attend the office when required and may involve out-of-hours work depending on business needs
* Participate in team activities and company events organized by the social committee
