Were looking for a Quality Lead/Manager to join our Thames Water framework team based in East Hyde. Location: East Hyde – some remote working available, with occasional travel to the other offices required. Hours: 45 hours per week – some flexibility on hours available if desired, just let us know when you speak to us. We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to any candidates in this role.
This is an exciting opportunity to provide strategic quality management and oversight across our design and build activities. As our Quality Lead/Manager, youll play a crucial role in ensuring our project outputs consistently meet and exceed customer expectations whilst maintaining compliance with internal and external standards. Youll be instrumental in shaping our overall assurance strategy, working with a committed team delivering innovative solutions for Thames Waters major capital projects and frameworks.
Responsibilities
* Developing and implementing quality framework assurance plans and processes across the contract
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate quality controls throughout the delivery process
* Ensuring compliance with industry standards, regulations, and client-specific requirements
* Defining key quality metrics and establishing monitoring and reporting systems
* Analyzing quality performance data and providing regular reports to management
Qualifications
* Experience within the utility sector supervising teams
* Full driving licence
* NRSWA street works qualification and SMSTS
* NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision (CSCS Gold)
* Highly organised with strong IT skills and a professional approach to multitasking
