Site Manager - Permanent Position
A growing construction team is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead a £2M hospitality refurbishment and extension project in the North West. The role begins with a 22‑week programme involving a small extension, a high‑end bespoke bar, and 12-13 upgraded rooms, with the successful candidate moving on to the next project immediately after completion.
️ Role Overview
The Site Manager will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, maintain programme progress, and represent the project team in client-facing meetings. Weekend work will be required depending on project needs.
Key Responsibilities
Liaising with subcontractors to ensure smooth daily operations
Setting out daily tasks and ensuring teams understand priorities
Preparing and reviewing the construction programme to maintain progress and quality
Attending client meetings alongside the Project Lead
Maintaining site safety, compliance, and documentation
Supporting project delivery through to handover
Required Certifications
SMSTS
First Aid
CSCS Gold or Black Card
Salary & Package
£50,000-£55,000, depending on experience
