Role Overview
The Catering Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering all food and beverage service across the restaurant and event spaces. This role ensures seamless day-to-day service, efficient team management, and meticulous execution of private dining and large-scale events. The Catering Manager will uphold The Wharf’s standards of excellence while seeking opportunities to improve efficiency, service flow, and guest satisfaction.
