About the role
As part of the dedicated National Tele Sales Team, you will secure new business for SUEZ, recycling and recovery UK.
Responsibilities
* Make outbound cold calls to businesses to sell waste management services.
* Generate and qualify new business leads.
* Build strong relationships and close sales over the phone.
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs and sales targets.
* Use CRM systems to manage pipeline and follow‑ups.
Requirements
* 1+ year of outbound sales or telesales experience, preferably B2B or B2C.
* Confident communicator with a strong sales mindset.
* Resilient, motivated, and target‑driven.
* Ability to handle rejection and keep a positive attitude.
* Comfortable making high volumes of cold calls daily.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
* Proven sales track record and IT‑literacy.
* Team player who thrives on collaboration.
