We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Telemarketer to join our dynamic team. Responsibilities
* Conduct outbound calls to prospective clients to introduce products and services.
* Engage in B2B sales conversations, identifying client needs and presenting tailored solutions.
* Maintain accurate records of calls made, client interactions, and follow-up actions.
* Analyse feedback and market trends to refine sales strategies.
* Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach campaigns.
* Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
* Achieve daily and weekly targets for calls made and leads generated.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred, particularly in a B2B environment.
* Strong analytical skills to assess customer needs and market opportunities.
* Proficiency in using a CRM software is advantageous.
* Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage with prospects effectively.
