Gilmartins are looking to recruit a qualified Site Manager with experience of delivering legal disrepair projects in social housing; this experience is essential for the job.
The Role:
Managing legal disrepairproperty refurbishments including carrying out site surveys, managing tasks / trades / materials, snagging, finishing off minor repairs, changing locks
Working across North West London area (Barnet, Camden, Wembley, Westminster, Harrow, Ealing, Hounslow, Hammersmith).
