Job Details
* 12 Month Fixed Term Contract
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Total Rewards Manager to lead our compensation and benefits strategy for the EMEA and LATAM regions on a 12-month fixed term contract.
This role will be pivotal in managing the planning, integration, implementation, and administration activities related to all compensation & benefit plans & programs across EMEA and LATAM, ensuring programs support company objectives.
Primary Duties and Responsibilities
* Lead integration activities to align benefits and compensation across PharmaLex into international total rewards programs at an enterprise level. Contribute to the creation of the integration strategy for all compensation and benefits activities across various geographies.
* Maintain & administer international compensation and benefits programs, including base pay structures, retention, annual merit programs, incentive plans, and health and welfare programs.
* Participate in annual compensation benchmarking, develop ranges and structures, analyze structure midpoint differentials, and adjust to support career movement within job families and across functions.
* Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations or legislation.
* Develop relationships with HR Business Partners and business clients, providing guidance on international compensation & benefit data and decisions.
* Review, analyze, and recommend changes to compensation and benefits at the country level, obtaining necessary approvals.
* Collaborate on program design, rollouts, and process improvements for compensation & benefits.
* Support reporting and modeling to evaluate program effectiveness and support recommendations.
* Manage participation in market and salary surveys and monitor market trends and compliance.
* Participate in due diligence during mergers and acquisitions.
* Coordinate communication of compensation and benefits information to employees and HR groups.
* Assist in job evaluations and advise on compensation for new hires, promotions, and transfers.
* Administer merit reviews, pay adjustments, and bonus plans in line with company guidelines.
* Help prepare government filings and plan audits, including gender pay gap and EU Pay Transparency Directive.
* Ensure compliance with Data Privacy and Protection Guidelines.
Experience and Educational Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree in business administration, finance, sales, marketing, computer sciences, or related fields.
* 5-7 years of progressive international compensation & benefit program management experience, in consulting or corporate environments.
* Fluency in English; knowledge of any EU language is a plus.

* Strong consultative skills and understanding of market conditions and statutory requirements across Europe & Latin America.

* Excellent presentation skills for complex material to management.
* Financial acumen and ability to develop tools for compensation administration.

* Effective communication skills, both written and oral.

* Conflict management and deadline management abilities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
