You will champion quality across the site, lead the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with ISO 9001, and drive a closed-loop approach to resolving systemic failures. Your work is essential in ensuring everyone at the company has access to process documentation and can fulfill their roles without causing quality errors. Key Responsibilities: QMS Leadership: Deliver a robust Quality Management System (QMS) ensuring conformance to internal, customer, ISO 9001, and regulatory/legal requirements. Team Management: Lead and support the Quality Team, managing workflow, and supporting engagement from other business functions. Issue Resolution: Coordinate the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and Non-Conformance Reports (NCR's), consistently using the 8D process and meeting associated CSL KPIs.
