Job Title: Air Conditioning Sales Executive
Location: Manchester (commutable distance)
Salary: Up to £50,000 + company car + commission

Role purpose
You will drive new business growth by selling air-conditioning and HVAC solutions to end-users and M&E companies. The role involves identifying, developing and closing opportunities—especially service and maintenance contracts—while working closely with technical teams to ensure client needs are met and standards upheld.
Key responsibilities
New business development
1. Source and engage potential customers within target sectors (end-users, M&E companies)
2. Build and maintain a strong pipeline of opportunities, from first contact to contract signature
3. Present HVAC solutions (installation, servicing, maintenance) in line with client requirements
