Job Description

You will have full control over your earnings, with uncapped commission on top of a basic salary of £26,000. The more you put in, the more you get out.

£26,000 basic + bonus
Realistic OTE £35,000 – £45,000 (Top performers £45,000 – £50,000+)
Monday to Friday + 1 in 4 Saturdays
The Role
1. Building and managing relationships with customers over the phone
2. Proactively reaching out to existing and lapsed contacts
3. Developing new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing accounts
4. Managing your pipeline and activity through the internal CRM/system
5. Working towards individual targets within a supportive team environment
The Candidate
6. Previous sales or B2B experience preferred
7. Positive, resilient attitude with the ability to handle rejection
8. Motivated by earning potential and career progression
9. Confident communicator with a strong telephone manner
