They are therefore seeking a dedicated HR Professional to provide comprehensive HR support to both employees and managers. HR Manager - Key Responsibilities Manage, coordinate and administer all aspects of the HR function for a 120-employee manufacturing business including: Discussing business strategies, HR challenges and HR plans with Management and Directors. Working with supervisors and managers in their business area to make sure employees have the skills and resources they need to achieve their objectives. Management of the time and attendance system, Kelio and admin of employees' working hours for monthly submission to a third-party payroll provider. Developing and implementing processes for recruitment, training, restructuring and succession planning; actively involved in end-to-end recruitment and apprenticeships processes. Preparation of new employment documentation, including offer letters, contracts of employment, training agreements and induction plans.
