Job Summary
We are seeking Labourers or skilled and versatile Multi Traders/trade teams to carry out a variety of property refurbishment works on both commercial; and residential properties.
Some of the current workload is in central London so willingness to meet locally in time to travel to site will be essential.
Duties
* Perform general maintenance tasks including plumbing, electrical work, carpentry, and painting.
* stripping out and cleaning ready for trade professionals
* Material deliveries
Requirements
* Proven experience in multiple trades such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, or similar fields.
* Fast paced strip outs and fit outs
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
Pay: £10.50-£25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
