An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Site Manager with a strong engineering background to join a dynamic team on a major housing development project. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing and overseeing all site operations, particularly focusing on roads and sewers, roadworks, and general groundworks. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality works while ensuring compliance with safety regulations and contributing to the success of the project.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee day-to-day site operations on a busy new-build housing project.
2. Manage and coordinate all aspects of roads and sewers, roadworks, and general groundworks.
3. Ensure the safe, efficient, and quality completion of works, meeting deadlines and specifications.
4. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
5. Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety.
