What You'll Be Doing:
* Delivering an outstanding customer experience from first contact to handover
* Building strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers
* Presenting and demonstrating new and used vehicles and their latest in-car technology
* Following the Sales Process to maximise conversion rates and sales opportunities
* Promoting finance packages, service plans, and additional products to meet customer needs
* Using digital marketing tools, online platforms, and social media to generate leads
* Keeping up to date with the latest models, electric and hybrid technology, and special offers
* Managing your own sales pipeline and meeting monthly targets
What We're Looking For:
* Proven experience in car sales, retail sales, or another customer-facing sales role
* Confident communicator with strong negotiation skills
* Comfortable with technology and able to demonstrate digital features to customers
* Organised, proactive, and able to work independently
* Full UK driving licence essential
* Previous motor trade sales experience is a plus, but not required – full training will be provided
