You'll play a key role in advising UK and international organisations on their reward strategy, incentive design, job architecture, regulatory compliance, and broader people-related challenges. In addition to technical delivery, you will support business development, team mentoring, and the evolution of new service offerings.Key Responsibilities:Lead reward consulting projects from scoping through to deliveryDesign and develop engaging reward strategies, job architecture frameworks, and incentive plansAdvise on evolving regulatory topics such as EU Pay TransparencyBenchmark pay and benefits, and develop total reward solutions including wellbeing and recognition schemesBuild and maintain client relationships at a senior level, acting as a trusted advisorPresent findings to executive stakeholders and support decision-makingContribute to internal capability building, mentoring junior team members and sharing knowledgeTake ownership of commercial outcomes, proposals, and negotiationsStay informed of market trends, competitor activity, and emerging issuesWhat We're Looking For:Experience in a reward-focused role within consultancy or a corporate HR settingStrong technical knowledge of reward strategy, compensation frameworks, and market practicesBusiness development mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and grow client relationshipsExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalProactive, analytical, and adaptable approachCollaborative mindset with a passion for mentoring and developing othersJBRP1_UKTJ
