About this Role
We have an exciting opportunity for a Site Manager to join our growing Estates team, based at Fox Grove School within The Howard Partnership Trust. This position is responsible for the day-to-day operational management of the property and facilities services for the school.
Reporting to the Estates Partner, you will have proven facilities management experience and good computer skills using Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word). The main purpose of this role is to ensure the school’s premises meet health, safety, and compliance obligations at all times, and that the building(s), property, and facilities are available for the school’s use and other users whenever needed.
You will lead and oversee the maintenance (both reactive and planned) of the school site, ensuring the premises and grounds are safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained daily.
Excellent communication and organizational skills are essential. Experience in managing people is preferred. Previous experience working within a school environment is desirable but not essential.
