Project: 10 x 4 bed homes / 3 x 3 apartments / 12 x 2 bed apartments Traditional build, High end units Package around £45 - 50k per year with van, fuel card, phone, laptop etc provided. Duties to include : - Delivering a high quality finish with zero defects and ensuring the project is both on time and within budget - Supervising and organising all direct and subcontract staff - Liaison with client, design team and statutory agencies - Health & Safety / Risk assessments - Weekly reports to Contract Management - accurate record keeping Key skills: - 5 years Site Management experience on Private / Social Housing projects. - High level of finishing - First Aid qualification - Strict Health & Safety - CSR Gold Card desirable - Experience of bringing a Site from green field through to handover This position is immediately available and our client hope to interview ASAP. .They are offering a market leading remuneration package and will provide a challenging yet exciting working environment.
