We are looking for a Site Manager to join us onsite with our new client. You'll be a core member of the team, ensuring that we deliver great cleaning standards and we consistently deliver the specification and exceed all SLA's and KPI's.
You'll champion our relationship with the onsite client, ensuring this site showcases the best of Bidvest Noonan and is compliant onsite. We want someone passionate about FM, someone who is able to develop this site into a reference site internally and seize every opportunity to grow our business with our client.
Key Accountabilities
* Ensure that the team provides a first‑class service to clients on site and that they fully perform their roles
* Fully understand Specification and implement fully
* Develop a "What Good Looks Like" to support our staff and give our client confidence.
* Ensure that we deliver all agreed Innovation and are constantly looking at ways we can improve the service
* Ensure that weekly hours Budget are strictly adhered, and we actively manage via our system.
* Develop and retain successful working relationships with key site client stakeholders
* Regularly review performance standards which deliver client and customer expectations.
* Ensure cleaning audits are completed and implemented corrective actions as required.
* Ensure that Material /Chemical Budgets are adhered to and reduced where we can.
* Interrogate management information systems, which provide information to enable sound commercial judgement for decision making.
* Provide support to the Retail Account Director by advising on compliance in relation to operational activities/risks impacting on same.
* Ensure that site is compliant from a health and safety point of view.
* Action any changes or restructures required in line with legislation and Company procedures and proactively look at innovative ways of working as to how we can deliver a better service at a lower cost
Skills & Experience required
* Demonstrable track record (at least 3 years) of successful client and people management in the support services industry.
* Previous budgetary and financial management experience.
* Strong clients focus in delivering and improving services.
* Strong & effective working relationships.
* Working under pressure and meeting deadlines.
* Proactive Problem solving and decision making.
* Providing specialist advice and knowledge.
