Part Time HR Advisor (15 hours a week) - Newark - £33000 to £36000 FTE - DOE plus excellent benefits - hybrid /flexible working .
Your new role
Hays Human Resources are delighted to be partnering with a growing MAT who is looking to recruit an additional HR Officer on a part-time basis (15 hours a week)
You will be reporting to the Trust HR Manager responsible for the employee lifecycle and HR advisory service for a portfolio of schools in the Trust. You will work in the HR team at the Head Office in Newark aswell as regularly visit "your" sites.
Areas to cover will include:
* Employee Relations - support, advise participate in all employee relations including mediation, grievance and disciplinary processes
* Recruitment and Onboarding
* HR paperwork, database & system work and reporting production
* Payroll processing
* Project support to the Head of HR - variety of ongoing projects
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced HR Advisor / Officer who is seeking a part-time role in a varied and interesting environment.
What you'll need to succeed
* Ideally, you will be minimum Level 3 CIPD qualified (or similar level experience level)
* Previous HR Advisory, Recruitment and Employee Lifecycle experience
* IT and reporting skills.
* Payroll experience desired - but not essential!

* The successful applicant will be offered a competitive salary of £33000 to £36000 FTE (to be prorate) - DOE and qualifications
* 15 hours a week - full flexible working options available - ideally require a Friday working day but can be a "part-day". Can do ½ days.
* Hybrid working - 60% at Head Office in Newark and/or sites with 1 hour drive of HQ
