Role Description
We are seeking a motivated Junior Sales Executive for a full-time, on‑site role based in Watford. The Junior Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, developing lead generation strategies, nurturing client relationships, and supporting the senior sales team in closing deals. Additional responsibilities include maintaining up‑to‑date knowledge of our services, crafting tailored proposals, and providing excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
* Sales and Business Development skills, including lead generation and client relationship building
* Strong Communication and Interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and colleagues effectively
* Time Management and Organizational skills for managing multiple priorities and deadlines
* Proficiency with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
* Ability to adapt to a fast‑paced, dynamic work environment
* Prior experience in sales, marketing, or a related field is an advantage
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a similar field is preferred but not mandatory
