* Lead full-cycle searches across power and digital infrastructure.
* Originate new client relationships and expand existing partnerships.
* Source, assess, and close top-tier technical, commercial, and leadership talent.
* Structure and negotiate mandates across retained, contingent, and embedded structures.
* Orchestrate client portfolio construction and practice optimal search execution methodologies.
* Build a personal market and brand - your clients, your profit stream, your reputation.
