Senior Channel Sales Executive – HR & Accountancy Partners
Salary: £36,000 basic (DOE). Increasing to £42,000 after probation subject to performance.
OTE: £60,000+
Location: Hybrid – 60% office (Fleet, Hampshire), 40% remote
Contract: Full-time (part-time considered for the right candidate)

SEEDL is a live, virtual training platform delivering unlimited, expert-led learning sessions for businesses. Our Learning as a Service model helps organisations improve performance, engagement, and long-term capability development.
Over the past year, we have intentionally focused on building a robust, scalable Channel Partner product, specifically designed for HR and Accountancy firms. This partner model allows firms to offer SEEDL as a high-value, white-label-style service to their own clients — improving client retention, increasing stickiness, and opening new recurring revenue streams.
The product is built. The proposition is proven. The next phase is scaling the partner network.
Role Overview
We are hiring an experienced Senior Channel Sales Executive to build SEEDL’s UK partner ecosystem from the ground up across HR and Accountancy firms only.
This is a strategic, senior sales role. You will not be inheriting a book of partners, you will be responsible for creating it.
Initially, this is a pure new business role, focused on identifying and signing the first wave of high-quality partners. Over time, you will own and manage your own partner portfolio, with career opporunities to develop further, still.
This role suits someone who enjoys building, not just maintaining, someone who wants to leave a commercial footprint and play a defining role in how a channel is created.
Key Responsibilities
* Build and scale SEEDL’s UK channel partner network.
* Develop a targeted acquisition strategy focused exclusively on HR and Accountancy firms.
* Identify, qualify, and engage partner prospects at director / partner / founder level.
* Lead senior-level commercial discussions and partnership negotiations.
* Manage the full sales cycle from first contact through to signed agreements.
* Onboard and enable partners to successfully position and sell SEEDL to their clients.
* Act as the long-term relationship owner for all partners you bring on.
* Work with marketing and customer success to drive partner activation and performance.
* Attend industry events, partner sessions, and trade shows as required.
About You
This role is designed for someone with real channel sales experience, not a first-time salesperson.
You will likely have:
* 2+ years’ experience in channel / partner sales (essential).
* A background in B2B SaaS, HR Tech, L&D, or Professional Services.
* Experience selling to HR consultancies or Accountancy firms.
* A track record of building new revenue streams or partner networks from scratch.
* Strong commercial and negotiation skills at senior stakeholder level.
* A consultative approach to sales, focused on long-term value not quick wins.
* High autonomy, self-direction, and comfort operating without existing structure.
* An ownership mindset, you want to build something and be accountable for it.
This is not a traditional “plug into a CRM and manage leads” role.
