What you’ll be doing
* Establishing and growing a new desk/division within Tribal Digital Recruitment
* Using your market knowledge to identify opportunities, win new business, and grow client relationships
* Managing the full recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and screening through to placement
* Developing your own pipeline of candidates and clients in your chosen niche
* Working closely with the leadership team to shape the growth of your division
* Building towards hiring and mentoring your own team as the division scales
What we’re looking for
* A proven track record in recruitment, ideally within Data, Tech, Digital, Marketing, Creative sectors
* Someone who thrives on business development and isn’t afraid to build from the ground up
* Strong candidate management skills with the ability to deliver consistently for clients
* Ambition, resilience, and entrepreneurial drive — you want to own your desk and grow it into a division
* Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
* A self-starter who’s motivated by opportunity, not micromanagement
