What they are looking for is an experienced Reward Analyst/Advisor or Reward Manager who has a solid understanding on benchmarking, pensions, benefits, and also experience working with payroll. The payroll team are experienced and so this won’t require you to actively participate in running the payroll, but you will oversea it and act as an escalation point, so a good knowledge of how a payroll runs is essential.
