About the role
We are seeking a highly organised and proactive HR Administrator to join our HR Shared Services team in Caerphilly on a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role is integral to delivering a high-quality, efficient HR administration service across the full employee lifecycle, supporting both employees and managers across the business.
You will serve as a first point of contact for HR-related queries, providing timely and accurate guidance, resolving issues where possible, and escalating appropriately when required. The role requires a strong attention to detail, a commitment to confidentiality, and a focus on maintaining accurate employee data while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities (but not limited)
* Provide efficient and accurate HR administration support across all stages of the employee lifecycle, from recruitment through to exit
* Act as the first point of contact for employees and managers, responding to HR queries and providing guidance or escalation where required
* Manage HR documentation confidentially and accurately within Workday, ensuring data integrity at all times
* Support the upkeep and continuous improvement of HR procedures, processes and best practices
* Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to deliver a consistent and positive employee experience
