Main Responsibilities -
* Monitoring vital signs
* Assessing consciousness and airway
* Pain management
* Managing nausea and vomiting
* Preventing complications
* Wound care
* Medication administration
* Patient education
* Discharge planning
* Emotional support
Essential Requirements:
* Qualified Registered Nurse
* NMC Registration
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Strong initiative and commitment, with a ‘can do’ attitude to work
* A patient-centred approach to work
* A minimum of 6 months experience working as a Recovery Nurse within the NHS in the last 3 years
