We have an excellent opportunity for an experienced Site Manager to join a small team developing traditionally built homes across Surrey, South London and the surrounding region. Reporting to a visiting Contracts Manager you will be responsible for all on site activity on this development of circa 60 high quality traditionally built family homes. The company prides itself on quality, and the site will run as a phased development over three years. A quality build process, with high end finishes and a "snag free" culture drive the company ethos and value, creating happy end clients, and a profitable business model.
Responsibilities
As Site Manager, you will oversee all on‑site activities for the development of approximately 60 traditional family homes, ensuring a high‑quality, snag‑free delivery within a phased, three‑year schedule.
