Territory : Gloucester, Hereford, Lydney and surrounds

We're looking for a Field Sales Representative / Sales Executive to join our Unilever team, representing some of the world's most recognisable household brands. This is a hands‑on, people‑focused role where you'll manage your own territory and make a visible impact in every store you visit.
What is the Sales Executive role?
You'll be the face of Unilever across your territory, responsible for driving availability, visibility, and performance in store. Day to day, you'll…
* Visit retail stores and represent leading global brands
* Build strong, long‑term relationships with store managers and colleagues
* Ensure products are well merchandised, visible, and consistently available
* Set up promotional displays and resolve out‑of‑stocks
* Maximise shelf space and identify opportunities to drive sales
* Share insights and complete accurate reporting via mobile apps

You don't need previous field sales experience – attitude matters most
* Confident, positive, and self‑motivated
* Comfortable building rapport and communicating with a wide range of people
* Well organised, reliable, and good at managing your time
* Confident using smartphones and apps for reporting
* Customer‑focused, curious, and keen to learn
