We are looking to appoint an experienced Site Manager to take ownership of the on-site delivery of modular construction projects across the UK. This role is responsible for leading site operations from initial mobilisation through to final completion and client sign-off, ensuring installations are delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard. The Site Manager will play a pivotal role in coordinating people, plant, and processes on site, acting as the main point of control for programme delivery, safety compliance, and quality assurance. Role Responsibilities Take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of site activities relating to modular building installations. Lead projects from site mobilisation through installation, commissioning, and final handover. Develop, manage, and track installation programmes, ensuring progress aligns with agreed timelines and key milestones. Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring work is carried out safely, to specification, and in line with programme requirements. Undertake site inspections and surveys, feeding accurate technical and logistical information back to pre-construction and bid teams. Assess and coordinate cranage operations, logistics planning, service interfaces, access arrangements, and ground conditions.
