Job summary: We are looking to recruit creative and ambitious marketing interns to assist with marketing activities to help My Nametags’ continued growth. We are particularly interested in interns from the following countries: France, Italy, Belgium, Portugal, Brazil and The Netherlands. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain a real understanding of digital and influencer marketing through hands-on experience in different channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest etc.). Working from our London office, the chosen candidates will be reporting to the Marketing Team, ensuring the smooth delivery of projects and activities, with the opportunity to assist and contribute to marketing strategy and planning. What you will learn: We believe that this a great opportunity for students that want to expand their knowledge and get hands-on experience in marketing. It is not a role for an observer You will be directly involved in spreading awareness and generating sales across more than 100 countries. You will have an opportunity to participate in all the marketing channels available to an e-commerce company and measure the impact of your own contributions. You will learn how to liaise with influencers and arrange partnerships with them. You will also learn how to create and manage ads on Facebook and Instagram. In addition, you will be also involved with photoshoots, postproduction, and in curating new social feeds Key responsibilities: • Manage social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube etc.) • Influencer and blogger outreach and liaising • Support and contribute to marketing plans and help develop ideas • Assist with photoshoots and filming • Assist with curating content for company channels • Manage everyday admin activities Person specification and qualifications: Essential • An interest in marketing and social media • A proactive approach to work, we want to hear your ideas • Possess strong organisational and time management skills. This is fun, but you need to be organised. • Will to expand skill set and learn new things every day • Have a good attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication skills – good command of the English language. Desirable • Marketing experience • Knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc) • Experience in managing a Facebook/Instagram account • Interest in branding/photography/graphic design • Written and spoken fluency in a foreign language: Italian, French, Portuguese or Dutch.
