The Role
We need an ambitious, friendly person with a strong initiative and a willingness to learn.
As a Sales Executive, you'll introduce NFU Mutual's respected brand and sell their product range to a whole host of new and existing customers in the area, offering the first class service our office has become renowned for. With strong telephone skills, you'll relish working to targets and be committed to delivering excellent customer service. You'll proactively gather renewal dates and sell new insurance products to new and existing customers.
The successful applicant will be expected to undertake a wide variety of tasks including the following:
* Plan, prospect and sell predominantly Commercial and Farm insurance products.
* Ability to prospect, self-generate, plan and manage your own opportunities
* Identify, cross sell leads for Financial Services and Risk Management Services.
* Develop productive business relationships with key stakeholders.
* Servicing existing clients across our full product range
About you:
We are seeking the following desirable criteria:
* Outbound calling or customer service experience
* Excellent communication skills and strong telephone manner
* Sales experience (Business to Business)
* Good attention to detail
* Computer literate and experience in database navigation
* Ability to write detailed follow up notes for business reporting
* Mature attitude with a capability to discuss business issues
* Confident, self-motivated and commission driven
* Friendly personality and team player
* Knowledge of agriculture
Required Education, Skills and Qualifications
A-Level (or equivalent) and a minimum of 5 GCSE's (or equivalent) at Grade C or above including Maths & English

Salary £24,000 - £30,000 + Bonus
Monday - Friday 9 to 5 (No weekend work)
