SIA Fire & Security Solutions Ltd is a trusted provider of fire safety and security solutions across the UK and Ireland. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Administrator to join our team and support the smooth running of our daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide general administrative support to the management team
* Answer and direct phone calls, handle email correspondence, and greet visitors
* Manage scheduling, diaries, and coordination of appointments
* Prepare and maintain reports, records, and documentation
* Assist with invoicing, purchase orders, and basic financial administration
* Support the operations team with project administration and client communications
* Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organised working environment
Skills & Experience
* Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
* Strong organisational and multitasking abilities
* Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT systems
* A proactive, flexible, and problem-solving approach to work
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
