Overview
We are seeking a Catering Manager to join our team. The role leads and manages the academy dining provision across both the primary and secondary phases, ensuring efficient and economical use of resources within the Catering Policy and Budget, and delivering outstanding dining and hospitality.

Responsibilities
* Lead and manage the academy dining provision across primary and secondary phases within the terms of the Catering Policy and Budget.
* Ensure high standards of dining quality and hospitality across the academy.
* Collaborate with staff and stakeholders to develop and implement catering practices that are efficient, cost-effective, and aligned with best practice.
Qualifications
* Experience of catering in large quantities, ideally within a school or education setting.
* Experience of managing and working within budgets.
* Experience of cultural diversity, with reference to food preparation and dietary preferences.
* Experience of working with children.
* Knowledge of healthy eating and nutrition and creating related menus.
* Relevant Health & Safety and Food Hygiene qualifications.
