The Role We are recruiting a Sales Executive with a strong mechanical engineering background to join a growing technical sales team based in Shepherd’s Bush. This is a 360 sales role, combining business development and account management, focused on selling engineered solutions into manufacturing and precision engineering environments. This role is ideal for someone who understands the CNC shop floor and wants to transition into, or continue building, a high-performing sales career. Key Responsibilities * Full 360 sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, quoting, negotiating, and closing * Develop new business within mechanical engineering and manufacturing sectors * Manage and grow existing client relationships * Translate technical requirements into commercial solutions * Engage with CNC programmers, machinists, production managers, and directors * Work closely with internal technical and operations teams * Maintain accurate CRM records and sales forecasts Essential Requirements * Mechanical Engineering degree (essential) * Hands-on CNC shop floor experience (turning, milling, multi-axis, etc.) * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and tolerances * Commercial mindset with a consultative sales approach * Confident communicator at all levels * Self-motivate...
