Lanova Recruitment is supporting a growing, well-established business in Northampton with the hire of an experienced Sales Executive to join their high-performing team.
This role is ideal for a target-driven sales professional who enjoys building rapport, working consultatively with prospective clients, and converting high-quality opportunities. You’ll benefit from consistent lead flow, clear targets, and a genuinely strong uncapped commission structure.
The Role
* Managing warm, pre-qualified enquiries alongside proactive outreach
* Understanding client needs and recommending suitable solutions
* Speaking with decision-makers across UK businesses
* Owning opportunities from first contact through to close
* Managing pipeline and performance against weekly and monthly targets
* Building long-term relationships to maximise repeat and additional business
Experience & Skills
* Minimum 2 years experience in a performance-led sales role
* Confident, consultative communicator
* Comfortable working towards targets and KPIs
* Self-motivated, organised and driven by results
* Professional when engaging senior stakeholders
* Full UK driving licence preferred
