This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive and safety-focused individual with experience managing fire door installation, fire door maintenance, and fire stopping projects within live environments. Key Responsibilities * Manage and supervise site teams carrying out: * Fire Door Installations * Fire Door Maintenance * Fire Stopping Works * Monitor progress, quality, and compliance across all work areas. * Conduct regular site inspections to ensure works are completed to the required standards. * Oversee surveyors working within the General Infirmary, ensuring works are carried out safely and efficiently. * Ensure all health and safety procedures are adhered to at all times. * Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and project stakeholders as required. * Maintain accurate site records and provide progress updates to the project team.
