We are looking for an experienced and commercially aware Project & Customer Service Manager to join a busy Service & Support Solutions team. This is a varied and hands-on role, responsible for delivering customer support projects, spares and repairs activity, service enhancements, and field support solutions while ensuring strong communication across internal teams and external customers. The role will suit someone with a strong technical project management background, excellent stakeholder skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment. You will play a key part in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope and budget, while supporting continuous improvement across the service and support function.
