Key Responsibilities Lead and manage all aspects of the HR function, from recruitment and onboarding to employee relations and performance management. Advise senior leaders and line managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practice. Oversee safer recruitment processes, maintaining compliance with statutory safeguarding requirements. Manage payroll data, contracts, and HR systems, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality. Support staff wellbeing and professional development initiatives. Review and develop HR policies in line with current employment law and school requirements. Contribute to wider school improvement and staff engagement projects. Person Specification Essential: CIPD-qualified (Level 5 or above) or equivalent HR management experience. Strong generalist HR background with experience handling complex employee relations. Up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice. Excellent organisational and communication skills. Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, and HR systems.
