Continuous Professional Development Supporting the Head of HR you will Provide policy updates on general best practice and legislative requirements. Develop company policies and procedures within a continually up-to-date employee manual. Lead recruitment programmes for graduates and apprentices Monitor and analyse HR trend data Oversee sickness absence and long-term absence Coordinate occupational health appointments and management referrals. Act as a business partner across all HR operational activities. Provide specialist HR advice to managers and employees Enable HR support, guidance and direction to managers and team leaders on HR procedures and processes Promote a diverse and inclusive culture by supporting company employee initiatives Be involved in all aspects of recruitment Administer and oversee HRIS software Other adhoc duties You will need + 4 years relevant HR generalist experience ideally within manufacturing CIPD qualification Level 5 or above.
