HR Admin Fixed Term - Contract Location: Portsmouth, UK (full time on-site) The Company: My client is a leading manufacturing organisation involved in the design, manufacturing, certification, and services for mission-critical equipment. The Role: The HR Admin will support the HR Business Partner in delivering HR processes, compliance, and business partnering. As well as providing HR guidance to managers, managing policies, managing employee relations, and ensuring compliance with employment law. You will be a focal point for resolving issues and supporting employees through various stages of their employment. Qualifications & Experience * Ideally CIPD Level 5 qualification * Proven experience in a HR generalist/HR Advisor role within a manufacturing or operational environment. * Strong knowledge of employment law, GDPR, recruitment, employee relations, workforce management etc.. * Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases.
