HR Manager
We are delighted to be partnering with this leading international business based in Manchester city centre in the appointment of an HR Manager.
Providing services in 90 countries, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of human resources management within the business including recruiting, employee relations, performance management, training and development, compliance with employment law and overall employee well-being
Duties include:
1. Recruiting and staffing :
* develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
* Support job interviews, evaluate application and hiring recommendations
* Collaborate with hiring manager
2. Employee relations :
* Implement and enforce company policies and procedures
* Resolve ER issues, conflicts and concerns
3. Performance management :
* Monitor the performance appraisal systems and provide guidance to managers on performance improvement plans
* Coordinate and conduct employee performance reviews
4. Training and development :
* Identify training needs and coordinate training programmes with HR line manager and head of development and talent
* Support employee in the professional development and career growth
