Job Role: Quality Manager - Data and Business Solutions within the third sector
Salary: £38,000 to £40,000
Location: Derby
I am currently working with a charitable organisation that is looking to add to their operations team. You will join this exciting journey to modernise and integrate their core systems — data is the key that will unlock that success. You will be responsible for the strategic management of back office, leading change, and shaping the future of this well-known charity using data-driven information and collaboration.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
1. Evaluate current data quality and map essential processes
2. Define and document master data (including people, services, locations, and clients)
3. Support the establishment of data governance standards and naming conventions
4. Ensure data alignment across systems and lead data cleansing initiatives
5. Prepare data for major migration projects
6. Collaborate closely with internal teams and external suppliers
7. Provide regular updates to the Data Transformation Lead and key stakeholders
Requirements for Success:
* Passion for working within a charitable organisation that impacts vulnerable communities
* Experience in a similar data management or quality role
* Ability to work hybrid, with commuting into Derby and surrounding areas
* Strong skills in turning scattered data into trusted insights and driving digital transformation
* Enjoys solving complex data challenges and values clean, reliable data
In return, you will receive a salary between £38,000 to £40,000, be part of the change management team, and have the opportunity to influence organisational impact.
