Job Description:
We are looking for a reliable Labourer to assist with the cleaning of mould from student bedrooms and carry out minor redecorations at a student accommodation site in Kingston Hill.
* Monday : Friday
* 9.00am : 6.00pm
* GBP15.45 per hour : this includes your Hol pay
Key Responsibilities:

Clean and treat areas affected by mould
*
Carry out basic redecoration and maintenance tasks
*
Maintain a clean and safe working environment
*
Work independently to complete assigned tasks efficiently
Requirements:
*
Previous welfare labouring experience preferred
*
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
*
Reliable and hardworking attitude
*
A DBS check will be carried out at the offer stage
