Job: HR Manager
Location: Mid Kent / Hybrid
Employment type: Permanent, Full-time
Salary: £50,000 - £55,000 DOE + Car allowance + Bonus

We’re looking for an HR Manager to lead a proactive HR business partnering function, strengthen organisational capability, and support business growth in a collaborative and people-focused environment. Reporting into a Global Group HRD, you will also be responsible for a small HR team.
The HR Manager role
* Lead, support and develop the HR team, creating a positive, collaborative culture
* Oversee the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to development and transition
* Lead employee engagement initiatives and enhance the employee experience
* Provide expert advice on employee relations, performance, disciplinaries and grievance matters
* Partner with managers on learning and development, including training needs and budget management
* Manage HR operations, overseeing payroll processes and employee records for accuracy and compliance
* Support international colleagues and projects across multiple locations
* Analyse HR metrics to inform business decisions and continuous improvement
About you
* CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) or substantial relevant experience
* Significant HR experience, ideally at HR Manager / HR Business Partner level
* Strong knowledge of UK employment legislation and HR best practice
* Collaborative, solutions-focused, with strong communication and organisational skills
