Your New RoleThese roles are ideal for individuals who are organised, proactive, andmitted to delivering high-quality administrative support.Key Responsibilities:
1. Deliver general administrative support in a busy healthcare setting
2. Handle telephone enquiries professionally and efficiently
3. Manage appointment scheduling and staff diaries
4. Accurately input and maintain data on internal systems
5. Draft and process correspondence, including letters, reports and meeting minutes
6. Organise and maintain both digital and paper filing systems
7. Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders to resolve queries
8. Perform routine office tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and mail handling
9. Maintain confidentiality and ensure accuracy in all administrative duties
What You’ll Need to Succeed
10. At least 1 year of experience in an administrative or clerical role
11. GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths
12. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and the ability to learn new systems quickly
13. Strongmunication and organisational skills
14. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
