Key Responsibilities: * Supporting HR with onboarding processes, including issuing contracts and collecting new starter documents * Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records * Assisting with payroll administration and liaison with payroll providers * Processing HR-related documentation in line with company policies * Providing general administrative support to the HR team * Ensuring confidential handling of sensitive employee information Requirements: * Experience in HR administration or a similar administrative role * Strong organisational and communication skills * High attention to detail and ability to work efficiently * Ability to work confidentially and handle sensitive information appropriately * Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HR or administrative systems * Experience with Xero (preferred but not essential if the business uses it for payroll inputs) Only candidates commutable to this location will be considered
